Legal Assistant – IP Practice

Job description

Follow up and reconciliate accounting and transaction in old and new system
Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounting team, including but not limited to data entry, data analysis, producing accounting reports
Prepare accounting reports including: monthly VAT declaration reports, Invoices issued reports
Reconcile VAT,PIT with tax report
Help to define and Applying accounting procedures ( Payment process, Purchasing process, Fix asset management,…)
Collates and reconciles purchase requests with invoices.
Control the day-to-day accounting activities including cashbook entries and reconciliations, month-end close, cash management, accounts payable in both systems
Assists General accountant, Treasury manager, Financial controller, FM, FD as required.

Have experience in using Navision is a big plus
This is an entry level position, the employee must demonstrate a willingness to learn general accounting principles, cash management and cost accounting principles, and to apply the information they have learnt in their studies in a practical environment.
General understanding of accounting/ cash management and forecasting/ cost accounting principles.
Good attention to detail, particularly in relation to data-entry accuracy.
Professional demeanor and also the ability to develop good business relationships.
Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
3 years working as General accountant.
Good in written and spoken English
Have experience in working in Financial Management within project-based, consultancy or professional services organizations is a plus.
